Current PHS Household or Leadership-level members who meet the conditions below are qualified to purchase or lease any new Subaru vehicle, including factory installed options and accessories, at the dealer's invoice price. This means no haggling for the car you want at the lowest available price. Immediate savings range from $1,300 to $3,050 depending on the model and option that you choose—based on MSRP to dealer invoice.

Step 1 - Contact the The Pennsylvania Horticultural Society to request a Dealer Visit Authorization Form.
Step 2 - Subaru mails you the Dealer Visit Authorization Form.
Step 3 - Take the Dealer Visit Authorization Form to the preferred dealership.
Step 4 - Select the new Subaru you want.

Terms and Conditions

To qualify, you must be a current PHS Household or Leadership-level member for at least six months prior to purchasing a new Subaru.

You must receive a Dealer Visit Authorization Form before visiting the dealership.

Upon verifying your membership status, PHS will notify Subaru to mail you the Dealer Visit Authorization Form.

Within a few days, Subaru will mail you the authorization form and a letter explaining the procedures in order to take advantage of this deal.

When visiting the dealership for the first time, you must present the Dealer Visit Authorization Form to the sales manager to inform them of your eligibility for this program.
