Join the "PHS Young Friends" Group
 PHS Young Friends is
a vibrant group of
adults age 40 and
under who share a common interest in greening and the positive impact it has on the Philadelphia region.
PHS Young Friends attend educational programs, participate in plantings and related activities, and make new friends at networking events. While supporting and caring for the community, YF have a lot of fun in the process.
 Currently, a majority of Young Friends are also members of PHS. While not required to join the Young Friends group, PHS membership is a great way to become more involved with the organization while helping to support its programming, such as Philadelphia Green, the largest urban greening program in the country.
PHS Membership Benefits include:
- Free ticket(s) to the Philadelphia International Flower Show (Subscriber level excluded)
- Special discounts in the Show Marketplace and Flower Show Shoppe
- Reduced admission to PHS events and programs
- Discounts at local garden centers and nurseries
A few highlights of
the Young Friends calendar include:
 Annual tree plantings and
park clean-ups
- Happy hours
at area bars and restaurants
- Gardening,
design, and greening workshops
- Bike rides and kayak tours
