Meadowbrook Farm: Holiday Treasures from the Garden & Forest

Open to the public and members
Bring some green to your mantle or table for the holidays, and learn the tricks of the florist trade from Meadowbrook Farm’s Diana K. Weiner. She will demonstrate how to make roping, kissing balls, and fabulous wreaths from plants you may have in your own garden. Then you will create a boxwood topiary treasure that will last for months indoors. Topiaries are easy to make, and when treated properly may even “dry” to be used year-round with just a change in decoration. Space is limited; sign up early for this festive, hands-on event. Please bring hand pruners and gloves. Limit 25.
