Spend a winter’s afternoon learning about seeds and planning for spring. Join us as horticulturist Liz Dailey demonstrates how to successfully start plants from seeds.
This will be followed by Seed Saving with Bartram’s gardener, Nancy Wygant. She will demonstrate how to collect, clean, and store seeds from your garden and how to maintain heirloom vegetables and flowers seeds from cross pollination.
Participants are invited to bring seeds to share for the Seed Swap. Please bring them labeled with the name, date collected or purchased. Please RSVP to amcdowell@bartramsgarden.org or 215-729-5281 x103.
